Processing Time:
In-stock items will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.
We do not process on weekends or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Ship to all regions: 3-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Fri. Shipment from overseas warehouse or China.
Attention: although we try to ship your furniture to you as fast as possible, please don’t order less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Outstar ship all items marked as appropriate value, and will also write a reasonable value on the invoice to avoid tax/duty. If you were charged tax by your local Custom, we would like to help you to go through the Customs. But the tax will be paid by the buyer.
